 soundtracks

Alexander Wendt's 30 minute film and a collection of commissioned soundtracks by various artists soon tba. These soundtracks - consisting of field recordings, experimental sketches and musical compositions - originally composed to accompany cinematic presentations of Lit - are creating perceived (chance) sync points and engage the viewer to contemplate temporal, spatial and aural perception, when played with the movie file.

 CROSSOVERS
 collaborative performances

Compiling documents from a series of performative encounters during Simon Whetham's Active Crossover 2011. Each performance saw one artist beginning to play solo, being joined after a while by a second for a collaborative part - the crossover - and then leaving the second to finish the set with their solo section. Gathered here are those crossovers. Philip Jeck, Scanner, Iris Garrelfs, Bela Emerson, Rhodri Davies, John Grzinich, Jo Thomas, Paul Khimasia Morgan, Alexander Wendt and many others. Supported by the Arts Council England, I Love West Leeds Festival and PRS for Music Foundation.
